3) Gift Vouchers

No, vouchers are for ticket types only and can be used as payment when booking tickets.

For vouchers purchased online, please visit our booking site and enter your voucher code. You will be able to add other tickets in the same booking. Vouchers bought online can only be redeemed online, they cannot be redeemed in our Ticket Office or by phone.

For vouchers purchased in the BAi360 shop at the venue, please visit the British Airways i360 Ticket Office to redeem your voucher. Please note that vouchers bought in the BAi360 shop can only be redeemed in our Ticket Office, they cannot be redeemed online or by phone.

Vouchers with letter and numbers on (e-vouchers) need to be redeemed online here. Physical gift vouchers should be redeemed in our Ticket Office.

You cannot put a message on vouchers bought at the BAi360 shop but for vouchers bought online, you can include a message.

For vouchers bought online, all of the gift vouchers purchased in one transaction will have the same message. If you want different messages on different vouchers then you will need to make separate transactions.

Messages can be up to 140 characters (with no special characters eg: & * ? or other symbols).

No, vouchers can only be used for the experience you have purchased. They cannot be exchanged or refunded.

You can buy as many as you like, however for groups of 6+ people please contact groups@britishairwaysi360.com.

If your voucher has expired, we can still redeem it if you have a visit date and time prepared – we cannot extend gift vouchers. Please call us on 03337 720 360 to book.
