We are currently recruiting for the following roles:

Customer Service Assistants

Part Time: 1 x 24 hours per week and 1 x 32 hours per week

Do you think variety is the spice of life?  Do you love working in a fast-paced environment?  Are you looking for a role where you can contribute to an effective team whilst providing a high level of Customer Service in a growing, world-class attraction?  Then you could be who we’re looking for!

We are currently recruiting for a new role that will be supporting our internal teams.  Well organised and a real people person, you will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

With a varied role ranging from liaising with our IT provider, conducting non-scheduled site visits and preparing agendas, you will often be the first port of call answering, screening and transferring inbound phone calls.

We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills over the phone and in person.  Someone who thrives on being organised and enjoys juggling numerous priorities at the same time.

With a sunny disposition and bags of initiative, you will be able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.  The position includes working weekends to meet the needs of the business.

In return you will receive a competitive salary – We are a living wage employer and the starting salary is £18,200 per annum (pro rata).  You will receive 28 days holiday (pro rata – including your entitlement to bank and public holidays) and we have a suite of other benefits available including free tickets to the attraction, death in service insurance and other great discounts at local establishments.

Guest Experience Host

We are looking for a Guest Experience Host to join our Guest Experience team to host and ensure the safety of our guests during their visit to British Airways i360, working in a range of positions including our ticket office, the pod and retail store. You will provide an efficient, friendly, and informative service to all customers.

Salary: £18,200.

Mechanical & Electrical Facilities & Maintenance Internship

We are currently looking for an intern to work within our Facilities and Maintenance Team. You will currently be working towards an engineering degree / HND / HNC and looking for practical experience in engineering.

Security Officer – Part Time

Are you a security professional who thrives on delivering a customer focused service?  Are you looking for a role where you can make a difference whilst working for an iconic venue?  Then we may just have the role for you!

Reporting to the Security Manager, we are looking for part-time security officers to support our team.  With your customer focused, highly professional approach you will help us to deliver a safe and secure operation at our world-class attraction.

A typical day will start by offering a warm welcome to guests at the entrance to British Airways i360, you’ll answer questions and direct to the right area of the business as required.  You’ll search customers before they enter the pod and licensed areas and undertake surveillance of the building using CCTV equipment in line with SIA guidelines.

We are looking for self-motivated people who can work day to day without supervision.  Great team players with excellent communication and interpersonal skills you will have experience in a comparable, high volume environment.

You must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Frontline Licence and be flexible and willing to muck in to help the operation run smoothly at all times.

This is not a 9-5 job role.  It is a part time role on an annualised hour’s contract (approximately 780 hours per annum) and will cover early shifts and late evenings as the operation requires.
