Food and Ale Pairing evening in the Belle Vue restaurant with Harvey’s Brewery

Celebrate English Tourism Week with a special evening in the Belle Vue restaurant on Thursday 30 March with Harvey’s Brewery, tasting delicious hearty dishes prepared using local ingredients and served with complementing hand-crafted ales.

Harvey’s has been brewing traditional ales among the cobbled streets of Lewes for more than 200 years, using South Downs spring water and the finest local raw ingredients.

Harveys’ brewer Edmund Jenner will welcome guests to the Food and Ale Pairing Evening with a fascinating talk about the history of the brewery and the brewing process. During the meal, he will help bring the flavours alive by giving detailed tasting notes for each ale.
