British Airways i360 will be closed from Sunday 26th February – Tuesday 28th February, for maintenance. We apologise to our customers for any inconvenience caused.
Pre-booked tickets for these dates will be valid for 3 months for customers who wish to visit on another day (subject to availability).

Our telephone sales line is open 09:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday, and is closed at weekends and bank holidays.
The Belle Vue Restaurant is open 7 days a week

The West Pier Tea Room is open 7 days a week from 09:30 to 17:00
There is so much to enjoy at British Airways i360 that we expect your visit to last around one hour (or longer if you are dining). Flights on the vertical cable car depart every 30 minutes and each flight lasts approximately 25 minutes (including boarding and disembarking).
Please arrive 20 minutes before your flight time (10 minutes for Priority ticket holders) to allow time to pass through security.
