We are passionate about serving our guests delicious dishes that showcase fresh ingredients from local suppliers from across Sussex, enjoy family favourites like Fish & Chips, Burgers and Buddha Bowls. West Beach Restaurant Bar has something to suit every palate including great vegetarian and vegan options and a great value kids menu.
Local ingredients include sustainably sourced fish from Fish Galore, freshly baked bread made from Real Patisserie Bakery in Hove, organic free-range eggs from Macs Farm in Ditchling, handmade artisan gelato from Gelato Gusto and mouth-watering sausage rolls from Brighton Sausage Company.
