When is Brighton Pride 2019?

Brighton Pride 2019 is held over the first weekend of August. From the 2nd-4th August, events are held over the entire weekend with the Pride Parade taking place on Saturday 3rd August. 

Where is Brighton Pride 2019?

Brighton Pride events are held all over the city of Brighton. Some main events are Pride in the Park and Love BN1 Fest in Preston Park. The Pride Parade starts in Hove Lawns and finishes in Preston Park.

What is the Brighton Pride Parade 2019 theme?

Generations of Love is this year Brighton Pride Parade 2019 theme. In honour of celebrating the 50th anniversary of Stonewall 1969. Stonewall is widely regarded as the catalyst for the gay liberation movement and the modern fight for LGBT+ rights. With 50 years of history to celebrate, you can expect to see plenty of show-stopping, flamboyant retro looks hitting the city.   

Who is performing at Brighton Pride 2019?

With Britney performing at Brighton Pride 2018, the bar for this years headline act was set staggeringly high. So who better to perform than Aussie’s pint-sized pop princess herself? Kylie (no, not that one – we’re talking the OG here) will be spinning around the main stage of Pride in the Park on Saturday 3rd of August. So don that white hooded onesie and get squatting! What time is the Brighton Pride Parade 2019?

Brighton Pride Parade 2019 will start at Hove Lawns at 11 am on Saturday 3rd August. If you want to watch the parade from the street, we recommend getting there early to bag a spot. Kick off Brighton Pride 2019 in style with our Pride Silent Disco. Back after popular demand, our hit Silent Discos are back for 2019. Bring your kids to our family-friendly afternoon event or take your mama to our evening do. Either way, you can expect to get down on our upper deck to your choice of music, pick from classic Kylie hits or disco. Malborough Pub and Theatre:

One of Brighton’s favourite LGBTQ+  pub, The Malborough, is hosting the perfect event to wind down your Pride weekend. Sunday  4th August at the Marly will be overflowing with DJs, great tunes, food and love from 12 pm. Full details here.

Luna Beach Cinema:

If you’re after a chilled way to celebrate Pride weekend, may we recommend grabbing a blanket, some popcorn and heading to Luna Beach Cinema?
