British Airways i360 Viewing Tower is Closed

In line with government guidance, from Friday 20th March 2020, British Airways i360 will be temporarily closed. We will continue to follow official guidance from the UK Government and Public Health England and will re-open when authorised to do so.

In the meantime, you can keep up-to-date with news from BAi360, including confirmation of when the attraction will be re-opening, via our website britishairwaysi360.com; on our social media channels @BA_i360; or sign up to our newsletter.

British Airways i360 flight tickets

We are automatically extending tickets, that have been booked for visits during BAi360’s closure, by 12 months from the original visit date.  To redeem an extended ticket, simply bring the ticket or your reference number on your future visit date.

If you have booked a BA i360 special event flight, i.e. Yoga in the Sky, we will automatically extend your tickets to the end of the year – so you can come again on a future date of your choosing.

If you prefer a full refund for your BAi360 ticket, please email bookings@britishairwaysi360.com and we will aim to contact you within 72 hours. For bookings until 30th April, please contact us for your refund by 31st March 2020, if we do not hear from you by this date, we will automatically extend your tickets by 12 months.

Gift Vouchers / Memberships and Annual Passes

If your booking was made using a gift voucher or gift ticket, these will be re-validated for 12 months from your planned visit date. Simply bring your ticket on your future visit date.

All Resident Memberships and Annual Passes will automatically be extended for the number of weeks we are shut.

Third-Party and Travel agency bookings

If you booked BAi360 tickets through a third-party agency or website (e.g. Trip Advisor, Get Your Guide, Booking.com, Buy a Gift etc.), you will need to contact the third-party directly to confirm the alternative options available to you.
