British Airways i360 flight tickets
We are automatically extending tickets, that have been booked for visits during BAi360’s closure (5th November – 2nd December inclusive), by 12 months from the original visit date. To redeem an extended ticket, simply bring the ticket or your reference number on your future visit date.
BA i360 flight tickets are on sale for visits from 3rd December 2020, click here to book yours.
If you have booked Yoga in the Sky class for 7th November we will be transferring your ticket to the class on Saturday, 5th December.
For Brighton Gin Tasting Flight bookings, we will automatically extend your tickets for 12 months – so you will be automatically booked onto the next date of this special event.
If you prefer to receive a refund for your BAi360 ticket for a visit date that falls during our temporary closure period, please email firstname.lastname@example.org . We will be issuing requested refunds in visit date order on 3rd November and 4th November while the attraction is open. After that time refunds will be issued when BA i360 reopens.
Gift Vouchers / Memberships and Annual Passes
All gift vouchers with a 2020 expiry date will be extended until 31st March 2021. Simply bring your ticket on your future visit date.
All Resident Memberships and Annual Passes will automatically be extended for the number of weeks we are shut. We will automatically extend non-expired memberships by 4 weeks.
Complimentary School Vouchers
All school vouchers with expiry date 22nd July 2020, have been extended until 31st December 2020. Simply bring the voucher to our ticket office on your visit date to redeem it and to purchase any additional tickets you may need.
Third-Party and Travel agency bookings
If you booked BAi360 tickets through a third-party agency or website (e.g. Trip Advisor, Get Your Guide, Booking.com, Buy a Gift etc.), you will need to contact the third-party directly to confirm the alternative options available to you.
