Our range of alcoholic and soft drink offerings served at the Sky Bar are locally produced in Sussex and have been handpicked by us for their Sussex heritage, unique qualities, and delicious flavours.
Enjoy a glass of award-winning English Sparkling Wine from local Sussex vineyard, Nyetimber, with a choice of either the Classic Cuvee MV and Rosé MV or cool down with a beer from the oldest independent brewery in Sussex, Harvey’s Brewery.
If you prefer a spirit, then try a ‘distilled-beside-the-seaside’ Brighton Gin and tonic or Blackdown Vodka, made from ingredients nestled in the foothills of Blackdown Hills in the Southdowns National Park, with your choice of mixer over ice. If you fancy something a bit different, then check out our cocktail menu, now featuring Brighton Gin Raspberry Crush!

Nyetimber Sparkling Wine:
For nearly 30 years, Nyetimber has had a single aim: to make the finest English sparkling wine, one to rival the very best in the world. A true pioneer, Nyetimber was the first producer of English sparkling wine to exclusively grow the three celebrated grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Nyetimber is made from one hundred percent estate-grown grapes and is regarded as being #PerfectlyBritish!
Brighton Gin:
Brighton Gin has been ‘distilled-beside-the-seaside’ in Brighton since 2014. It is made in minuscule batches by gin-lovers Kathy and Helen to create an incredibly smooth, juniper- and citrus-led gin which is served at the Sky Bar with Folkington’s tonic.

Harvey’s Brewery:
Harvey’s Brewery is the oldest independent brewery in Sussex. A family business, the brewery has been in the guardianship of seven generations of John Harvey’s descendants since 1790, with five family members from the seventh and eighth generations currently working here.
Blackdown Distillery:
Our latest addition to the Sky Bar menu is Blackdown Vodka. Made from ingredients nestled in the foothills of Blackdown Hills in the Southdowns National Park, this is the perfect drink to indulge in if you prefer a spirit!
Folkington’s:
Folkington’s is a Sussex based company which produces fruit juices, drinks and mixers that have unique provenance and authenticity. Their mission is to make juices taste like they once used to, by using carefully selected varieties of fruits grown by small family farming communities.
