While most Brighton restaurants can swap in veggie or vegan options, Terre à Terre is the home of plant-based feasting. A bao bun, for instance, comes stuffed with Szechuan-marinated halloumi or tofu, with a side of kimchi and lapsang souchong-pickled watermelon and cucumber. The creativity continues with sweet treats decorated with flowers, among them orange and almond polenta cake with clementine sorbet and pomegranate molasses. You can also go gluten-free or upgrade with fizz, liquors or pudding cocktails.
