Resident Membership Scheme

Resident Membership is available to people living in postcode areas BN1, BN2, BN3 and BN41. Students studying at either of Brighton and Hove’s two universities are also eligible.

Resident Membership entitles members to half price tickets for Adult or Child pod flights on board British Airways i360 for a year.

How to join

Resident Membership is available to purchase at the British Airways i360 ticket office. All applicants, including children, must be present when purchasing Resident Membership as a photograph needs to be taken on site.

Applicants must produce the following:

  • A photo ID (passport or driving license)
  • Proof of address (a utility bill dated from the last 3 months or photo driving license)
  • Student ID (if applicable) issued by either Brighton University or Sussex University
  • Annual fee of £1 per person is payable on application.

How to book a flight

On receipt of your Resident Membership fee, you will be issued with a Resident Membership card. Click here to visit the Booking Portal, sign up as a new member and select ‘request a password’.

The portal also allows you to book non-member tickets for friends and family, and for dates and times at full price when the Resident Membership is not available (for example for Santa Flights or Valentine’s Flights).

Terms & conditions

Those people living in Brighton and Hove in postcodes BN1, BN2, BN3 and BN41 may join our Resident Membership scheme for a charge of £1 per year. Members are eligible for year-round discounted entry for standard BAi360 flights at any time of the week**. Please note, these discounts are not available for Gift Vouchers.

To join the membership scheme or renew your membership, you will need to provide one proof of identity (in the form of a passport or photo Driving Licence) and one proof of address (in the form of a bank statement or utility bill dated in the last three months). A valid student ID will also be required if applicable, issued by Brighton University or Sussex University. You can only purchase a membership in person at British Airways i360 Ticket Office.

Members will receive a membership card, and we will take your photo, which will be printed on your membership card. You must bring your membership card with you on the day of your visit. If you don’t, we may charge you the full entry price.

The membership discount applies to the membership card holder only. You cannot transfer or pass your membership card on to family, friends or anyone else and members cannot purchase discounted flights on behalf of other people.

Advanced discounted Flights for members can be booked online on our membership booking portal or in person at the British Airways i360 Ticket Office. You may book other non-member tickets in the same booking to ensure you travel together as a group but these will be purchased at full price. We are unable to offer a telephone booking service for members.

If you move outside of Brighton & Hove, we will cancel your membership. We may also cancel your membership if you pass your card to other people.
